The award-winning Grafton Masterplan was approached tactically in close collaboration with Council to test and prototype new opportunities in the public realm as a catalyst for staged implementation, funding, and delivery.

The new Masterplan developed cityscape improvements, linked precincts, improved commercial presentation and investment opportunities, and facilitated whole-of-community receptivity to enhancement of engaging spaces in Grafton, leveraging local ideas and expertise.
