First and foremost, Amy’s role as Practice Manager at Vee Design is to oversee the various administrative functions of Vee. From designing and implementing processes to keep Vee running smoothly, to maintaining records in compliance with industry standards, Amy supports Veeps to achieve their roles as Landscape Architects, so that they, in turn, can support our clients and consultants. Her role as Practice Manager at Vee enables her to facilitate change internally by driving practical outcomes using SMART goals and closing out tasks effectively. She does this not only thought her administration duties, but also as an active member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
