Gareth has a background in business management and more than 10 years’ experience in landscape construction. His strong communication and organisation skills, ensures all design and documentation is delivered on the ground to the highest quality, on time, on budget and to approval.
Gareth brings a level of experience, professionalism and knowledge to the project delivery process that is not available with traditional Landscape Architectural services. His experience on Planned Community projects has delivered tens of thousands of dollars in savings to our clients through improved accuracy, efficiency and coordination. Strong communication skills allow Gareth to build effective relationships with all stakeholders whilst working on projects and ensures that both the tender process and construction is well delivered and organised.
Aiding in the development of design documentation before going to market to ensure budget can be achieved and alleviate any potential construction difficulties. The creation of tender packages and management of requests for information and notice to tenders to ensure an efficient and fair tender process.
