Residents live close to all their day-to-day needs like schools, cafes, a market place and a hotel. And it’s only a short drive to the beaches and shopping precincts of Mooloolaba. Vee Design was commissioned by Stockland to design the Affina medium density development, located in Brightwater on the Sunshine Coast.

Affina is a 36 medium density project with a communal shaded landscape zone central to the development, as well as a barbecue and outdoor kitchen and gathering space under shelter, with direct private access to the lakeside pedestrian esplanade. Mature Pandanus and other trees were installed to create instant amenity, shade and visual interest in this compact but lively project.
