Vee was commissioned by Stockland to undertake the landscape design, documentation and oversee construction of Essen, a 44 dwelling medium density development located at Brightwater, on the Sunshine Coast. The communal space between the unit developments included a pool area, pathways, seating and amenity spaces among mounded and planted areas adjacent turfed open spaces.

Ex ground Pandanus trees and Livistona palms were installed in the central landscape area to provide instant effect for the amenity of the development.
