The Innisfail CBD Revitalisation Master Plan is a collaborative initiative between Vee Design and the community and the council of Innisfail, designed to draw visitors to the regional city and stimulate sustainable economic growth.

Through a highly collaborative workshop process engaging community members and key stakeholders from the projects earliest phases, the master plan leverages local knowledge and insight to address current economic, social and infrastructural challenges with an aim to  rejuvenate the urban landscape. Led by Vee Design, the project emphasizes community ownership and envisions revitalized public spaces across streetscapes, parklands, and waterfront areas.

The comprehensive approach ensures a distinctive and ingrained identity for each precinct while promoting unity across the masterplan. The Master Plan outlines a multi-stage implementation strategy with clear budgets, priorities, and funding opportunities for to encourage activation and investment throughout the revitalisation process, aiming to leave a lasting legacy of positive change for the riverfront city.
