Located in the rich history of Kangaroo Point, Thornclyffe Residences is an 8-story tower that will bring luxurious apartment living to this expanding inner community. With the apartment complex carefully designed to sit respectfully in the background, the heart of this site is the restored heritage listed Thornclyffe House.

Paying homage to the late 1880’s architectural history, the landscape is sympathetic with the material and planting selection in conjunction with re-purposing site materials.
