The parkland interacts with the lake through a series of experiences that connect people with the waters edge, either through view lines or physical touch.  Signature shelters set this park apart from all others, with their unique design, forming bespoke shade that spills over the BBQ and picnic areas below. 

Located south of the lake lies the children’s playground with tower and climbing play elements that take full advantage of their high vantage points over the lake. Terraced breakout lawns are elevated over the lake edge for community events, cinema nights and generous kickabout space. The clever design of this parkland allows visitors to relax along the lake edge at key points, through sitting terraces, shelters and intimate shade tree and bench arrangements.
